CollabRx ONE represents a new patient-centric paradigm for translational medicine, in which every patient receives personalized therapy based upon the best available science, and researchers continuously test and refine their models of cancer biology and therapeutics based on the resulting clinical responses. Our vision is to replace the metaphor of “bench to beside” with a real-time adaptive process that makes maximum use of every patient’s experience, and every experiment, to rapidly advance the science and treatment of cancer.
To realize this vision, we are building a network linking clinicians and researchers across institutions and across different cancer indications. We seek research partnerships with: individual scientists and collaborative teams who are developing reference models of cancer mutations and pathways, as well as those using such models to stratify cancers into molecular subtypes and identify druggable targets. We also seek partnerships with clinical researchers interested in using these models and stratifications to inform the treatment of today’s patients and collaborating in formal studies to validate their effectiveness.
Our partners have access to a unique Web-based collaborative research platform and an ecosystem of shared resources and services - a combination that is not available in their home institutions.
- Specimen and data repositories, with standardized data and material transfer agreements
- CLIA-approved laboratories offering the latest genomic technologies
- In vitro and in vivo facilities for preclinical testing of candidate therapies
- Biocomputing / data analysis and interpretation services
- A web portal for planning and execution of multi-center trials
